We've been taking our 3 Toyotas here (Camry hybrid, Corolla and Sienna) since the dealer coverage under warranty expired. We always get a detailed estimate of the work needing to be done, with simple explanations, and it always is done when they promise. Even courtesy car washes most days, if they're not too busy! In April, the hybrid battery on our 2007 Camry died, at about 120,000 miles. After giving us an estimate of about $4000 to repair it, we discovered together that this one repair was still under warranty, because of California emission standards. Justin of A+ arranged for towing to a dealer, worked with his contacts at the service department to get me slotted inso I wouldn't have to pay for a rental over the weekend, and got it returned to A+ for me to pick. Total cost to me = zero dollars. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Courteous service, honest service advisors and reasonable prices. Naeem is friendly and honest guy, never tried to sell me anything that wasn't needed. His communication was top notch and I knew exactly when all the services would be complete. They even washed my car after the service and topped off my oil because they noticed it was low. A nice touch. Thanks again!

I really appreciate how they followed up with a problem I had with a service and worked hard to resolve it and follow up to make sure it got fixed appropriately.They wanted me to be 100% satisfied and appreciate their service & effort!Love how I can get a ride nearby if needed when my car is in the shop!

As a first time customer at A+ Japanese Auto Repair, I was highly impressed with their clear focus on customer service, and a forward leaning digital interface. From the comfort of my keyboard, I was able to make the appointment and describe the work to be performed - and pleased to received digi-verification. Naheem was excellent in customer in-take, discussing the work, and follow-up upon completion. Appreciated the detailed work order. I trust that the work was performed as described. Justin went out of his way to match the price of a clutch and fly wheel installation estimate I was given from another shop. He was also very generous to waive the service fee as well as apply a yelp deal I had towards the total. Both Justin and the mechanic who worked on my car took the time to explain to me exactly what needed replacing/fixing and why. When I came back a week later w/ a dead starter they fixed my car quickly, and worked to accommodate my work schedule for drop off/pick up in addition to supplying me with a rental car. I felt well taken care of, and appreciate their hard work.

As always, my checkup on my 2007 Toyota, went well, more expensive than I thought it would be, but Rob is always on top of everything, and I appreciate that he is always looking after my best interest in keeping my car in tip top condition, as I utilize it mostly for hauling around my grandchildren all the time. I can always count on the best service from A+ and will continue to use them while I continue to drive!!!

I can't say enough about how great the service was at A+ Japanese Auto Repair! I was visiting from out of the area and my car broke down over the weekend. They got me in first thing Monday and not only fixed my alternator problem, but gave me a good price on belt changes, and water pump replacements that were needed anyway. I appreciated their quick service, clean facility, concern, work guarantee and overall helpfulness! I visit this area frequently, so if I ever need car repair again while there, THIS will be where I take my car! I highly recommend this business!
