We recently had our Mazda3 serviced here for the first time -- stellar customer service and great attention to detail. We weren't sure how in depth the repairs would need to be to get the car back up to speed, but when it ended up taking two days, not only did they make sure we had transportation but they worked with our family's tight schedule to make it work out for all of us. Justin Mills and the entire team treated us great. Will we be back for a return visit? Next up -- service for our Mazda5.

Surprisingly painless!I got stranded about midpoint from work and home (1/2 hour in either direction) and basically picked a repair shop out of a (google) hat. I think I got pretty lucky!I worked with Justin who arranged a quick tow (15 minutes) a ride to the train station ( so I could get to work) and a clutch replacement before close that weekend (I got in late Wednesday).My only complaint, and this is for all CA mechanics, (this is how it works on the East Coast); as long as the diagnosed problem is repaired at the shop the diagnostic charge should be waived.Anyways, great job guys, and Thanks!

So I've been to A+ once before, where the helped fix up my Camry from a poorly done engine valve gasket replacement job at Firestone. I recently brought in that same Camry for an inspection because of a check engine light (which ended up being a p0303 code). When we got their, Rob helped us out (just as he had the previous time we came) and to our surprise, our misfiring cylinder appeared to again be linked to the shoddy job done previously at Firestone. Needless to say, Rob and A+ fixed up our Camry and it is running well again. Thanks Rob!

Great customer service from these guys! Extremely friendly and easy going is what set this shop apart from all the others. They explained in details all the problem areas on my car and suggestions for repairs without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured in any way. They offered solutions and left it completely up to me with their findings. A gentleman by the name of Justin was the person who assisted me from beginning to end and he is just great ! If you plan on taking your car here, please ask for him, he will take good care of you ! Thank you guys at A Plus Japanese Auto Repair for everything ! You have gained a new customer !!

I am very pleased with the service that was performed on my vehicle. I am a difficult customer to please, for one of my hobbies is working on my mid 60's Buick. But when it comes to new cars with a computer module controlling most engine functions, I leave it to A+. Rob and Justin are friendly and patient, fielding my list of questions and if I ask for more details about the repair I can look at the worn out parts and get a detailed explanation from the technicians like James and Steve. Thank you A+ for the great work!

Two weeks after my last review my Infiniti G35 had an overheating problem. My wife and I were out shopping and fortunately only a mile from A Plus. We drove in and as usual, A Plus, Rob Lucas, rescued us. We gave Rob the key to the car, he had someone drive us home and the next day the car was repaired. During the process, the service tech. e mailed me photos of the issues and shortly there after Rob explained what needed to be done, costs, etc. Car was ready as promised, they even had the car washed for me. These folks are GREAT. Honest, thorough, excellent communications.

A brief update/addition to my previous comments. A Plus consistently earns high marks. Today I took my Infinity G 35 in because of an intermittent fan like noise I am convinced I hear under the hood. The fine folks at A Plus checked my car out thoroughly, had the service tech join me for a test drive but we were not able to duplicate the symptoms. After some good natured teasing, which I initiated, about me losing my mind, A Plus declined to charge me and said they would keep the work order open should the problem re- appear. Most auto shops would have charged me for their time. But A Plus is not like most auto shops. We have been brining our Nissan Altima and Infinity here for years and they have always been the " A +" organization of their name sake. I would give these folks six stars if the rating system allowed for it.

I worked with Justin on some pretty major repairs for my car, as well as minor maintenance work. They are not the least expensive, but the service is great and I found Justin to be willing to bend over backwards to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I definitely recommend them.

This was my first time here, I really wish you have the same experience I had.From the moment that I spoke with them on the phone to until we drove off the lot these gentlemen were courteous, honestly friendly and professional. I have never and I am a self proclaimed 'gear head"...never have encountered a garage like this. They are very knowledgeable and mindful of what you are dealing with when you have to get your car fixed. I had to do a substantial amount of work on our Honda Odyssey (one of those things that happen...)...I was doubtful and skeptical (we were talking a lot of work here) even though I had read the Yelp reviews and placed my faith on the process. The mini van runs exactly as good as it did when we bought it 100k miles ago... I have a 100k minival that rides and feels brand new! The work was completed on time and their advice was sound. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work and difficulty. These folks offer a great value for what they do. When we picked up the van, they even had it detailed. Detailed! The thing was scary messy when it went in! I will gladly take my vehicles to them again and again. If you are still skeptical, stop by and watch...just watch. They do great work.

Recently I took my Mazda 3 in for service at A+ for the second time in two years. They were very efficient in getting me in and out of the place. When I showed up in the morning, they already have my service order printed. All was left to do was for me to sign it. I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. They also cleaned the windows of my car as part of the service (although my windshield was not completely clean --- a few smudges were left). The staff is unfailingly polite. I have not been to any other shop who is more polite. A pleasant place to get cars serviced.
