This placed saved me over $5000. My wife heard a weird water noise under the car. We brought it in, they were amazing when we called, they were very flexible with our availability. ROB Helped us out, hands down the most amazing person. They found a clogged AC pipe that was seeping under the passenger floor…that caused really bad mold…expensive fix. Rob asked us if we had full coverage, we did!! I would have never thought to check!! We contacted our insurance and sure enough this was covered by insurance. It took a few weeks but rob made sure to update us every chance he could. Rob advocated for us and made sure insurance covered the majority of the bill. I can’t say enough how amazing rob was, honest and full of integrity. Japanese auto can be trusted 100% they stand behind their quality work!!!thank you!

Outrageous prices, confusing communication.I went and got a second opinion and was told that over half of the “urgent items” A+ suggested were actually not urgent at this time. The only urgent issue I did have, I was able to fix for half the price of what A+ quoted me.

Top notch service! Justin was my service advisor assisting me with getting my vehicle repaired after filing insurance claim. Super professional and kept me up to date with my car repair and its ETA. Received my car looking brand new as if nothing ever happened! Thank you to the A+ team I'll be looking forward to my next visit!
