Overall an amazing experience. AAA dropped my car off after hours after blowing out my tire. Although they were only open half the day the next day, they were able to find and install a replacement tire before closing for the Christmas holiday. Throughout the morning, I received phone calls with up to date information and very transparent explanations of potential costs (the final amount was lower than the initial estimate!). When I went to pick up my car, they even checked my mom’s tire pressure when she mentioned her pressure alert was on when she dropped me off!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at A+ Japanese Auto Repair. They are true professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable, their quotes are spot-on, and they do what they promise when they promise it. Even though I have moved out of the Bay Area I still bring my Lexus to A+ for care.
