Acura RSX Auto Repair & Service

Acura RSX - A Brief History:

The Acura RSX (RSX (short for Rally Sportscar eXperimental) is a two-door sport hatchback. Replacing the Integra Coupe, the RSX served as Acura’s entry-level car from 2002 until 2006. When the brand decided to move itself more upscale, the decision was made to discontinue production of the RSX. The last one rolled off the assembly line in July, 2006. Like most Acura vehicles, the RSX boasts a high level of refinement and a reputation for above-average reliability and strong resale value. All RSX's have timing chains, instead of belts, which reduces maintenance required. In road tests, Edmunds.com found the RSX's main performance strengths to be nimble handling and responsive steering. Throughout its production run, the Acura RSX was one of their favorite sport hatchbacks. Because of its four-cylinder engine and front-wheel-drive layout, the Acura RSX boasts better fuel economy than many other sport hatchbacks and coupes.
