The FJ Cruiser has a short wheel base making it very agile on Jeep trails. The FJ Cruiser was well thought out by Toyota. The Toyota FJ Cruiser was mainly geared at an off-roading or overlanding market. Before the FJ Cruiser was released it was put through rugged testing in places such as Moab, Utah, The Mohave Desert, and The Rubicon Trail where it excelled. The Toyota FJ Cruiser is still in its first generation. Toyota also created a TRD version that is trail ready and a excellent daily driver all in one package. The power-train in the Toyota FJ Cruiser is the 4.0 Liter (1GR-FE V6) which is either mounted to a 6-Speed manual transmission or a 5-Speed automatic transmission.
